fix: clean Yarn 4.x PnP files before yarn install

PnP files (.pnp.cjs, .pnp.d.ts, .pnp.loader.mjs) can cause stale
typescript patch resolution errors (ENOENT _tsc.js). Clean them
before yarn install and before retry.
